Return Policy

You can return your order within 3 days, provided that:

• The item is Unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• Used items cannot be returned.
• Shipping fees will be refunded.
• Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends) after inspection.

Exchange Policy

You can exchange or replace your order within 7 business days under the following conditions:

• The item should be unused.
• Shipping fees can not be returned.
• In case of damaged or wrong items, Bivo will cover all shipping fees.

How To Return Or Exchange?

2. Provide your order number and a photo of the product if there is damage or a defect in the item.
3. Our team will get back to you within 24 hours after reviewing the request.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

• If you used the product, for hygiene purposes.
• If the product is damaged or scratched due to misuse.
