Yes, BIVO offers shipping within all Saudi cities.
Do you offer shipping outside of the KSA?
No, we currently ship inside Saudi Arabia only, but international shipping will be available soon.

Your order will be processed within a day, and delivered within 1 - 4 business days, depending on your location.
How much will I pay for shipping?
Shipping fees vary by your city or country. The total cost will be displayed before order confirmation.

How long does it take to prepare my order?
We prepare your order within 1 to 4 business days. Please note that weekends and official holidays are excluded.

- Yes, we can process a return label for you within 3 days of receiving the product.
- Returned items should be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

- Yes, you can exchange your BIVO product within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
Will I pay the return or exchange shipping fees?
- Customers will NOT be charged for shipping when returning or exchanging the product within 3 days.
- In case of damaged or wrong orders, BIVO will shoulder the cost of shipping.

BIVO uses high-quality stainless steel and BPA-free materials. We use grade 304, which is known as food-grade stainless steel.
Do BIVO product keep drinks hot or cold?
Yes, BIVO is engineered with double-wall vacuum insulation. It keeps your drinks hot or cold for up to 12 hours!
Are BIVO thermal cups safe for hot and cold drinks?
Yes, BIVO products are specifically designed to be completely safe for both hot and cold beverages, as they are made from eco-friendly, food-safe materials.
Are BIVO products leak-proof?
Yes, BIVO produces leak-proof and non-spill tumblers and thermal cups.
Can I put soft drinks in my BIVO?
Yes, you can. However, we recommend keeping a gap at the top to prevent pressure and splashes.

How should I clean my BIVO product?
Hand washing is highly recommended. Avoid using the dishwasher or strong bleach for cleaning.
Can I put BIVO products in the freezer or refrigerator?
No, it's not recommended. The extreme cold temperature can damage the insulation performance.
